Axwell Hall is a Grade II* listed mansion, built for Sir Thomas Clavering Bt., by the noted architect
James Paine and completed in 1761. Sadly in the last two decades it has stood empty and allowed to
decline, but is now in the throes of a total restoration.
We are hoping to release 2013. The hall will comprise of 20 apartments, one, two and three bedrooms which will all have the care and attention to detail that has marked DARE projects in the past.
